The Scrapbook and thought I'd be "inspired" by it. She looks good, right? And it should be quite a simple look - tight skirt, shoe boots, a jacket and a loose tshirt...
I'm not sure. I don't think I'd go out like this, maybe cos my legs are just too pale contrasted with the boots, or maybe the boots just don't look right with the skirt? Maybe it's the cut of the boots? I'd wear it with tights, but something about the bare legs, the tight mini skirt and the shoe boots just screams "slapper" to me... any ideas? Opinions??

I think you look great! But if you're going to be nitpicky :P ... Maybe it's the blue color of the skirt that doesn't work for you; perhaps a black skirt would have worked better? Or maybe you could wear something lighter on top, like the girl in the picture has done - a white or stripy cardigan instead of a black one. And tuck in the t-shirt, maybe? In any case, I still think you look fab, and I *love* those shoes!

I agree with Leia, the t-shirt would look better tucked in. Other than that it looks good, I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to go out in it either though!
It's weird though, I did try it tucked in but thought it looked odd!! Will attempt again later!! Nitpicky is good...!

Frankly, I think you look fabulous. But if you aren't comfortable, wait until it's colder and rock it with tights!

haha these people don't know what england is like! very hard to wear heels in the daytime with bare legs, it's not california here! i think that girl has quite a vintage look where as yours is newer and a bit more 'power', your boots are stiletto and pointy and the skirt is bright and quite 80's, i guess those are the differences!
